Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions prior to booking your tour. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, fairness, and enjoyment of all guests:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, no-shows, or late arrivals after boat departure set time are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling.
• Same-Day Cancellations: These are considered no-shows and are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made, there are fixed cost already involved in saving your seat.

Weather & Operator Cancellations

• All tours and charters are subject to weather and sea conditions. Final decisions regarding cancellations due to weather are made solely at the captain’s discretion.
• We encourage guests to call the day prior to their tour for the latest weather updates.
• If a tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Please note: Weather in Fajardo may differ significantly from other areas, such as San Juan. Do not assume a cancellation based on local weather at your location. If the tour proceeds and you do not attend, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Minimum Passenger Requirement

• A minimum of 12 guests is required to operate our public excursions.
• If this minimum is not met, we will contact all confirmed guests to offer alternative options, including rescheduling or a full refund.

Guest Responsibility & Conduct

• Guests who arrive inebriated, hungover, or otherwise unfit to board will not be permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued.
• Due to the limited capacity and personalized nature of our tours, we enforce our cancellation policy strictly. Reserved spots limit availability for other interested guests and incur operational costs regardless of attendance.
• The boat departs at the scheduled time. Guests who arrive late will miss the tour and will not be refunded or offered any rescheduling options.

Prohibited Items

• No coolers or outside alcoholic beverages allowed on board.
• No hookahs permitted. No exceptions.
• No beach chairs or beach umbrellas due to limited storage.
• No smoking onboard (only at the beach)
