Tito and his crew were great! They were nice & very accommodating. They were on time and gave great directions to get to the dock. They gave us drinks, snacks, and lunch. ⭐ Private Boat Tour
Awesome private boat tour! My husband and I had an awesome private boat tour on the Tortuguita, their 28 foot power catamaran. The captain, who was also the owner, was very attentive. It was SO great being able to be on our own schedule, back right up to the beach, and go to his “secret spot.” We came back from a walk on the beach to find an umbrella and our towels waiting for us, followed by refills of our drinks! It was fantastic!

What's included in the boat tours?
All our tours include professional captain and crew, snorkeling equipment, life jackets, coolers with ice, floating mats, and complimentary beverages. We also provide snacks on most tours. Transportation to/from the marina can be arranged for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Do you offer private charters?
Yes! We specialize in private charters for families, groups, celebrations, and corporate events. Private tours can be fully customized to your preferences, including route, activities, and duration. Contact us directly for personalized quotes and availability.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend bringing sunscreen (reef-safe), towels, swimwear, a change of clothes, and a waterproof bag for your belongings. Don’t forget your camera to capture the memories! We provide all snorkeling equipment, refreshments, and safety gear.
What happens if it rains?
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule your tour or offer a full refund. Light rain typically doesn’t affect tours as the water is warm. We monitor weather closely and make decisions based on safety guidelines.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is free parking available inside the marina and walking distance from our vessel.
What if I didn't bring my picture Id and credit card for check in?
You will be fully refunded to the original payment method and will be required to provide another form of payment either cash or other credit card that you have physically with you or from a member of your group that can also provide a picture id to validate the information. Unable to provide a physical Id and credit card that matches the information will prevent you from joining the tour. If you have a picture of your ID and your Credit Card on your phone gallery you can show this to our crew member at check in for validation.
Do I have to bring towels?
Yes, please bring towels and cover-ups.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Due to the nature of this shared tour experience it is NOT allowed to bring alcohol onboard. We do include rum drinks as part of the tour package at no extra cost.
Are beach chairs and beach umbrellas allowed?
Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are not included and not allowed on this experience due to limited storage.
Can I bring my own cooler?
No, coolers are not permitted in this tour experience.
Can I smoke onboard?
Smoking (electronic cigarette, tobacco products, hookahs) is not permitted onboard the vessel at any time during this tour experience. However, you are allowed to smoke at the beach. Please ask the crew members for recommended areas once we have arrived at the beach.
Can I join this tour if I am pregnant?
For the safety of expectant mothers and their babies and in accordance with our insurance policy terms and conditions, pregnant women are NOT permitted on any of our boat tours. Your safety and the well‑being of your baby are our top priority.
- Please consider the following risk factors:
- Increased risk of falls and jolts: boats can be unstable; sudden movements, waves, or slippery decks raise the chance of falls or abdominal trauma, which can threaten pregnancy.
- Motion sickness and dehydration: pregnancy heightened susceptibility to nausea and vomiting, and dehydration or prolonged vomiting can be harmful to both mother and fetus.
- Limited access to emergency care: being offshore delays rapid medical attention for complications (bleeding, preterm labor, injury), increasing risk compared with land-based activities.
- Temperature and sun exposure: prolonged sun and heat increase risk of overheating and dehydration; pregnant women are more vulnerable to heat stress.
- Gasoline and exhaust exposure: fumes on motorboats may be unpleasant and should be minimized around pregnant passengers.
Are children under 3 years old allowed on this tour?
Due to safety reasons and our insurance policy terms and conditions children under 3 years old are NOT allowed on this tour (no babies or children under 3).
Can I bring my own food if I have a special dietary restriction?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food in case you have food allergies or any dietary restriction. Please call us directly for any additional details regarding our lunch options.
Can I bring my own snorkeling gear?
Yes, you can bring your own gear if you prefer and you will be required to keep it with you at all times in your backpack or beach bag before and after the snorkeling activities. We do include our company snorkeling gear in all our packages.
Can I bring my own cup?
Yes, you can bring your own cup and our bartender will be serving you at a 12oz measuring size which is the cup size we use in our tours.
Do you allow animals/dogs/pets or service animals onboard?
For the comfort and safety of all guests (including those with allergies or fear of animals), any type of pets, dogs, cats etc are not permitted on our shared boat tours; certified service animals are only allowed on private charters with advance notice.
Can I bring a cake or birthday decoration if I am celebrating a birthday?
Unfortunately due to the nature of these shared tour activities it is not allowed to bring cakes or decorations onboard. You can bring cakes or decorations in some of the private charters with advance notice.
